Application

Used as strong antioxidant in lipid products, such as plant oil, animal fat, grease, meat, 

seafood, sauce, seasonings, pet food, baked foods, fried products, natural color, cosmetic, 

essence, etc.

Dosage

The optimal dosage is 0.02-0.1%.

Cautions

Mix equally or heat up to 40-60 before adding to products, or add directly into products.

Use in products under PH value 8.5.

Avoid contact with iron, copper or other metals.

To use with organic acid can increase its antioxidant ability.

Stored at room temperature, sealed and protected from light and humidity.

2 years from the production date according to above conditions.
